Yes! We offer two options:

• You-Buy: Buy items yourself, drop them off, and we'll pack and ship
• Full-Service: We shop, pack, and ship everything for you

Both options include professional packing to ensure safe delivery.

Processing and shipping times vary by destination:

We provide customs assistance and documentation, but customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Yes! Once your shipment is handed over to the courier, we'll provide you with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

We offer three delivery options:

• Pickup: Collect your shipment at the Wharf
• Door-to-Door: We deliver directly to your address for an additional fee
• Ship & Clear: We ship & clear Customs, you just pickup

Legends Divine is responsible for your shipment until it's handed over to the courier. After that, liability transfers to the courier and customs authorities.

We recommend purchasing insurance through your courier for added protection but it is optional.

Our Clothing Box/Tote service lets you shop in real-time via WhatsApp video call:

1. Schedule your session and tell us what you're looking for
2. We go to the store and video call you
3. You see items in real-time and tell us what to add to your cart

Yes! Store receipts will be included in your package or shared digitally via WhatsApp or email upon request.

Cancellations must be made before we begin shopping or packing. Once services have started, fees are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you.

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer return shipping from Caribbean countries back to the U.S.

If you need to return an item to a U.S. retailer, you'll need to arrange your own logistics.
